Train With Me

This blog is dedicated to all those over 50 somethings that still believe in a training life and those who might dream of one!
My goal here is to share my experiences, my stories and hopefully inspire others.
I am just a person passionate about working out, weight lifting, fitness, studying all things training and bodybuilding and living the best life possible.

Training

Introduction

July 15, 2024

Hello, my name is Diana.

I currently live in Southern California where the sun shines most of the year.
Physical activity is high here. On any given day you can see people on bikes, walking, running, kids playing, softball and basketball games in full swing, and people with their gym bags on their way to or coming from the gym. - I am one of those people.

I am also a woman of a certain age – over 50, well, I'll be honest, over 60.

On this blog I will provide links to some of my favorite videos, industry articles and materials as well as personal blog posts written by me.
My goal is provide support to others in their training life and beyond. I hope that I can inspire other people to continue training no matter what your age is and to never give up!

I do have a back story about how I got to this point in my life. You can read this story in the next blog entry -> My Story

  My Story

  Blog Entry
1st Published July 16, 2021, Updated July 25, 2024

My fitness and training life journey started when I was 19 years old. My journey is still continuing today.

I am a very active person and enjoy many physical activities. However, my “core” person belongs in the gym.
The gym has been my "fun zone" for a long time. It also has been my refuge from a world that isn’t always kind.

The following story focuses on how working out saved me.
